Come along to the club to see some of the best Thailand based photographers showcase their work in what has become a regular and popular series of photo nights at the FCCT. Building on the fabulous photographic exhibitions the club hosts on a monthly basis two leading photographers associated with the new AsiaWorks Photo agency will show their latest work in an informal setting and afterwards the floor will be opened for discussion.
Suthep Kritsanavarin one of Thailand's leading photojournalists is presenting two areas of work. The first is a visual exploration of China's Xinjiang province and one of the key passages on the Silk Road. His images combine a strong graphic quality with an ability to depict the essence of daily life in this fascinating Muslim-dominated region. The second collection of images describes the influence of the once powerful Khmer empire.
